Mission Statement: The Mayo Allergy Division’s mission is to improve the understanding, prevention, and treatment of allergic and immunologic diseases through multidisciplinary collaboration, scientific discovery, and education.
About the Center: The Division represents a multidisciplinary academic group committed to advancing excellence in allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology through integrated clinical care, research, education, and advocacy, fully aligned with the mission and vision of the WAO. In line with the WAO’s mission to be a global resource and advocate for advancing awareness and excellence in clinical care through education, research, and training, our Division strives to foster innovation and to raise the standards of allergy and immunology care worldwide. We are part of a well-established organization with strong governance and infrastructure within Mayo Clinic’s academic system. The Division is led by nationally and internationally recognized mentors in allergy, asthma, and clinical immunology and is supported by robust institutional research and clinical frameworks that promote collaboration across multiple departments, including Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Otolaryngology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, and Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.
