The mission of the FSIA is to integrate the scientific and practical potential of its members for the effective development of immunology and allergology and the implementation of their methods in healthcare practice.

The main objectives of the FSIA:

• promoting the development of new methods for diagnosing and treatment of allergic and immunopathologic diseases;
• promoting the widespread implementation of scientific, technological and pharmacological advances in practical allergology and immunology;
• expanding international cooperation in the field of immunology and allergology;
• improving the organization and development of allergology and immunology services in various regions of Belarus;
• promoting dynamic monitoring of immunopathology in the Republic of Belarus;
• implementing a system of events to enhance the professional skills of FSIA members
• expanding and deepening the specialized knowledge of practicing allergists and immunologists;
• promoting advances in medical science in the fields of immunology, allergology, and related disciplines among physicians, specialists, the medical community, and the general public.
